These terms and conditions apply to the Columbia Gem House website: www.columbiagemhouse.com, and all websites linked to www.columbiagemhouse.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, known as the “Site”.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully
These Terms and Conditions control your use of and purchases from the Columbia Gem House Site and constitutes an agreement between you and Columbia Gem House. Columbia Gem House reserves the right to update or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updates or modifications. You should review the Terms and Conditions and understand how it applies to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the terms at any time, you should stop using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below

We work with FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service to ship your orders and take care that they are shipped to you fully insured. We will select the best service option for deliveries in your particular area, but if you require a specific carrier or service, please select the carrier upon checkout (or contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs).

Order Processing
In-stock items that are ready to deliver and do not require any customization will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you place an order outside of our normal business hours (8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday) your order will begin processing the next business day.

Customized orders require up to a two-week manufacturing time plus the time required for processing, packaging, and delivering your order.

Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
Two-day shipping: within 2 business days
One-day shipping: within 1 business day

We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

Returns
Returns for merchandise credit only are accepted within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return any items purchased from our website, please follow the instructions below.
  1. Contact Customer Service at (800) 888-2444 to provide your original invoice number, date of shipment, and request an RA number.
  2. Explain in detail the issue you are experiencing (i.e. “received wrong size”, or “ordered 14k white gold and got 14k yellow” etc.)
  3. Write your RA# on both the outside of your shipping box as well as on your paperwork inside the package so that it is clearly visible. Send your jewelry or gemstone (with original label/barcode, packing materials, and copy of original invoice) to us by an insured carrier. The preferred return method of shipping is US Postal Service.

    * Please note: All return shipping costs & insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
    * Please do not write ‘gold jewelry, gemstones, diamonds,’ etc. or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping back to Columbia Gem House.
  4. Save copies of your tracking # and any correspondence sent to us for your records.

Merchandise Credit
After we receive your return package, our team will check-in the merchandise and confirm it meets our guidelines (see below) and that the merchandise has not be altered or changed in any way.

Credit will be added to your Columbia Gem House account within 7 business days of verification for future purchases.

Returns Guidelines
ALL Returns are subject to the following restrictions/limitation.
  • The original invoice and an RA number must accompany the returned merchandise.
  • The barcode label attached to the jewelry or gemstone must be included with return.
  • Used products cannot be returned.
  • Custom built orders not offered on the website but requested by the customer are not returnable.
  • Altered items regardless of the reason are not returnable.
  • The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
  • Shipment without an RA # on the outside of the box may be returned to sender.

Errors and Omissions:
As with any website, it is possible that we may make an error to a product listing. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but reserve the right to correct any and all information included in the product listing at our discretion.
