2025 Responsibly Sourced Design Challenge

As the Project Sponsor of MJSA's annual Responsibly Sourced Design Challenge, we’re excited to announce that applications are now open!

This initiative continues to grow, and once again, our team at Columbia Gem House will host our annual fundraising raffle in October 2025, coinciding with the public voting for the design challenge winner. If you're ready to take on the challenge and support a great cause, now is the perfect time to get involved!

This collaboration is one of our favorites, celebrating responsibly sourced gemstones, creative design, and the positive impact jewelry can have on people, the environment, and the entire supply chain. It serves as a reminder that our choices—big or small—can create a ripple effect that helps improve the world around us.

To spark your creativity, we’re donating some of our newest gemstones for the challenge: Lightning Ridge Opals, paired with blue and green Australian Sapphires. We can’t wait to see the incredible designs that come to life!
