This story shares how (and why) we came to the decision to create our traceable, responsibly sourced gemstone supply chain. Now, it's been more than 20 years that we have been tracking and tracing all our gemstones, which we continue to build on even today.
Knowing your "why" is an important tool in navigating your business. It helps you see the direction you set out for - even five, ten, or twenty years later. It helps you navigate key decisions when things get hard and ground you when you need a reminder about why you committed to this direction in the first place.
