Order Deadlines & Office Closure
The Holidays are upon us and for many that means last-minute online orders, watching tracking numbers like hawks, and hoping all our items get where they’re supposed to be on time. To avoid the awkward ‘I swear it’s on the way’ conversation (we’ve all been there), we wanted to share some key dates for your gemstone and jewelry orders to confidently get delivered prior to Christmas day.
Holiday Order Deadline Dates
Order by Thursday, Dec 7th, 2023:
Made-to-order jewelry and all international shipments
Order by Friday, Dec 15th, 2023:
Ready-to-ship jewelry and all gemstones
Office Closure Dates
Our office will be closed Saturday, December 23rd – Monday, January 1st to give our team time off with friends and family. Please note during this time we will not be shipping, and any orders placed past December 21st are not guaranteed to ship before the new year. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
